These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods by you from us via our website. The placement of an order for goods indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The contents of this site including product prices delivery charges and product details are subject to change at any time without notice. We may also revise or update these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Use of this site and purchases of products offered for sale on this site are subject to the terms and conditions posted on the site at the time of your visit.
Description of goods
All descriptions, advertising and specifications on our website are for the purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and we cannot warrant their accuracy. We strong advise you to order a sample before making a purchase.
Availability of goods
All goods are subject to availability and if they are in stock delivery will normally be made within 2-3 working days. If our supplier’s or we are temporarily out of stock for any reason we will notify you of this situation and so we can find an alternative tile or we will fully refund you. If you are on the Gold Coast area we can organize our team to come to you with a Plan B.
Samples are available for your convenience. However, we do charge for them and the size is smaller than the actually size of your tile. Note that you can make an appointment with us and see our range of tiles at any time.
No guarantees are given other than those extended by Manufacture. Tiles are supposed to last for many years provide the user.
Ordering your tiles
When ordering your tiles the most important is that you have the right amount require for the area. A 10% of tiles should be added on top of your measurements for cuts and breakages. We also believe having a few extras tiles will prevent you further headaches if you have repair to do. If your measurements are incorrect and you require extra boxes, it’s out of our control to guarantee stock and same batch availability.
Note that orders will be supplied to the nearest full box above the requested m2. Your order will be automatically adjusted upwards to include full tiles only.
Payment of goods
When you order goods you must tell us your address and telephone number. If you provide us with incorrect information, this may cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation has been properly received.
The price payable for the goods will be shown on our website. We reserve the right to vary the price if there has been any increase in our supplier’s prices or if there is an error or an omission whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will then inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity of cancelling the order.
Some areas of the Gold Coast will be the subject of a delivery charge and so outside of the Gold Coast area for which you should contact us for a quotation.
Goods ordered will normally be delivered within 2-3 working days, depending on availability. Normal delivery will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 6pm. If you are not at home the driver will not leave the goods unless specific arrangements are agreed with us. If a second delivery attempt is made an additional $20.00 charge will be incurred.
You will be responsible for the goods as soon as we have delivered them to you. Please before you start laying the tiles, check the tiles or get your tiler or builder to do so. Once your tiles are laid we don’ take any responsibility for damage tiles.
Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery assignment note at the time of the delivery. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. If any of the goods are received in a damaged condition or if there are any other irregularities, you must inform us in writing within seven (7) days of the delivery of the exact amount missing or the extent of the damage.
